  • Do I need to register on Darwin Taxi before booking a ride?
    You can book with Darwin Taxi without any registrations, you just need to enter your details at the time of booking. The registrations part is done at your first installment of the App with the proper OTP to keep you safe and secured.
  • How can I pay for my rental?
    You can pay for your rental by Cash/Card/Wallet to The Driver.
  • How Can I Book A Ride From Darwin Taxi App ?
    1. You can scan the Universal code from the website darwintaxi.com or you may either download it directly from your Google or Apple Store.
    2. Register your mobile number with the One Time Password.
    3. Set up your pick up location and type in your destination.
    4. Punch on the Book Now Button Down in the App
  • Can I Get Receipt For My Payment
    Yes, you will get the receipt for your payment to your email id or phone number.
  • Can I have the confirmation of the vehicle I want?
    Yes. A mail or sms will be sent to your registered mobile number and email id that you have provided containing the details of vehicle including color, vehicle number and category.
  • What is Peak Season? Are the prices different during Peak Season?
    Yes. Hourly rates are different during the peak season. But to avoid problems it is suggested by Darwin Taxi that you should book in advance.
  • Can I book for any period of time?
    Yes. Darwin Taxi provides our customers a wide range of packages to choose from. From half day booking (limited to 55 kms) to Long term rentals you can book for any period of time.
  • What if I need to modify or extend my reservation?
    Please dial 08041466888 a 24 X 7 customer care and we will work with you to ensure your schedule is accommodated provided that a vehicle is available at that time. If your reservation has already started, you can use darwintaxi app to modify the reservation. Simply go to your "Accounts" page and make the change through the normal reservation system.
  • How do I cancel a reservation?
    Reservations can be cancelled from our website or you can call our customer care number 08041466888 to cancel your reservation. You can manage a reservation on your Accounts page. This is where you have the option to cancel your reservation.
  • If I cancel my reservation, do I still have to pay?
    There are no charges if you cancel any time before booking start booking.
  • What modes of payments are accepted?
    Presently Darwin Taxi accepts cash payment Banking Cards, Unified Payment Interface – UPI, Mobile Wallets & online payment also
  • What are other exclusive charges do I have to pay?
    For outstation, exclusive charges includes Toll Tax, Parking Charges, Night Allowances (will be applied only after 10 pm).
